When you warm up before a round of golf, do you hit balls for 30-45 minutes and putt about 5? Or do you take an hour before the round and putt for 15 minutes, chip for 15 minutes, hit short wedges for 15 minutes and hit range balls for 15 minutes? Which one will improve your score the best?
